A vintage-inspired tribute to the 1986 Texxas Jam—an all-day collision of hard rock, heavy metal, Texas heat and more than 70,000 fans inside the legendary Cotton Bowl.
Built around one of the decade’s most recognizable festival lineups, this shirt captures the oversized energy of a time when summer concerts felt bigger than life.
THE STORY BEHIND THE GRAPHIC
Texxas Jam 1986
On July 19, 1986, fans packed the Cotton Bowl in Dallas for the ninth annual Texxas Jam. Van Halen headlined during the 5150 era, marking the band’s first major tour with Sammy Hagar at the microphone.
Dio, Loverboy, Krokus, Keel and Bachman–Turner Overdrive completed a lineup that moved from heavy metal to arena rock without ever letting the stadium cool down.
“Six bands, one blazing Texas afternoon and a stadium full of rock fans.”

ONE FESTIVAL • TWO WAYS TO WEAR IT
Pick the Style that fits your rotation.
Style 01 — Texxas Jam Raglan
A contrast-sleeve concert jersey inspired by classic ’80s tour merchandise. Its baseball-style silhouette gives the festival artwork a period-correct look that feels pulled straight from a Cotton Bowl parking lot.
Style 02 — Faded Black Tee
A traditional short-sleeve concert tee with a darker, worn-in attitude. The black base puts the bold Texxas Jam and Van Halen artwork front and center for an easy, everyday rock-shirt look.
